FoodBrand LLC

Overview: FoodBrand's CEO and Vice President of Business Development approached AC to assist the Company with its planned entry into the airport market place. Since its inception in1999, the Company had been operating its branded multi-unit restaurant model exclusively in high profile shopping center developments across the United States. The Company's senior executives previously worked for one of the largest multi-national airport food/beverage operators and well understood the value and opportunity in the airport market place.

The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) Request for Proposal (RFP) offered an excellent entry opportunity for FoodBrand.

"We worked with Kathleen from 2002 thru 2006; she is a walking encyclopedia of the airport industry, but more importantly, she shared our company's values, and possesses the highest integrity and respect of her peers in the industry."

Former FoodBrand CEO and President, Carlos Bernal
